Hyatt - Regency Hotel

The Task

We were asked by our client in Frisco Magazine to produce a quick virtual tour for the brand new hotel in the area. This video was to showcase the Hyatt hotel for the magazine , and to give potential customers a sneak peak before the grand opening.

The Challenge

It is always a challenge to film a space that is not 100 % completed, as there is lots of construction material around, along with the noise of workers as they go about their work day. We had to design a comprehensive tour of this amazing space, to get the audience excited about what they see. This is a very large hotel, so we needed to make a list of the rooms and locations that were a must have on the video.

The Strategy

The process of a project of this size first and foremost is always to film with the end video in mind. We scripted the walk through each location, incorporated dynamic B-Roll, and created an upbeat script to make the viewer feel as they are walking through the hotel
